We don’t rush perfection. Every batch of our signature dough is matured for 48 hours to develop a deep, emulsified flavor profile that cannot be found elsewhere.
Our pastries are best enjoyed within 3 days of dispatch. For the signature molten experience, we recommend a quick 10-second reheat.
